“Healing is a complex WHOLE-being process. As healing occurs inner-shifts are happening throughout your physiological, electrical & psychological systems. As the process unfolds, inner adjustments need to be made in order to integrate the changes. For this reason, healing is greatly accelerated when it is supported concurrently from the inside-out and the out-side in.
As a mental health professional I strongly recommend bodywork in conjunction with any sort of counseling, coaching or psychotherapy and I enthusiastically recommend Heather, for her deep attunement, high sensitivity, skill, intelligence and ability to work with the complexity of the human energy field.”

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapists (OTs) help people of all ages to improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. They work with individuals who have conditions that are mentally, physically, developmentally, socially, or emotionally limiting. OTs help children and adults develop, recover or prevent the loss of daily living, work, and play skills.
What is Integrative Manual Therapy?
Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT) is a collection of indirect and non-invasive soft tissue manual therapy techniques. Each technique is tissue and structure specific, encompassing multiple systems of the body and therefore not limited to only the cranial system or only the muscular system. IMT is effective because it looks at each system individually as well as the interaction of multiple systems and how that effects function.
What is the Cost of Treatment?
Cost of treatment is $160 for a 60 minute session. A 90 minute session is $220. And a 120 minute session is $280. Treatment session length is best determined on a case by case basis. Your therapist will review options and make recommendations during the initial evaluation. However, for patients traveling from out of the area, the longer sessions are the most sensible and can be arranged with enough advance planning.
